Steam is the enemy. If your box seals too tight, the steam turns to water and drips back onto the pizza.
Strategic Steam Venting
Cheap recycled liners soak up grease, leading to visible stains on the outside of the box.
Virgin Kraft Inner Liners
You make artisan dough, but sell it in a plain box. You're missing the chance to build a brand.
Low MOQ Custom Printing
Thin cardboard has poor insulation. In Irish weather, you need board that traps heat.
High-Retention Board
Buying a few bundles from a cash & carry is the most expensive way to buy. Your margins deserve better.

We supply boxes that hold up to the realities of a busy Friday night in Ireland.
We use a robust corrugated profile for our larger boxes (12"+). This provides better insulation and stacking strength than standard board, keeping pizzas hotter for longer.
Our boxes use virgin kraft paper on the inside liner. This is naturally stronger and more grease-resistant than recycled test liners, reducing unsightly grease spots.
From personal 7" to 16" party sizes, plus calzone boxes. We maintain high stock levels in our Irish warehouse so you don't run out.
When the pizza hits the table, everyone looks at the box. We make it easy for independent pizzerias to move from generic brown boxes to custom branding without needing to order 50,000 units.

Not all cardboard is the same. For delivery, we strictly use high-grade board for boxes 12" and larger. This profile creates larger air pockets, which act as insulation to keep the pizza hot and prevent the lid from sagging.
A hot pizza releases a massive amount of steam. If sealed too tightly, that steam turns to water. Our boxes feature strategically placed rear vents. This allows just enough moisture to escape to keep the crust crisp, without losing thermal heat.
We primarily stock robust, high-insulation board for our 12-inch and larger boxes. This provides the best balance of heat retention and stacking strength for delivery.
Yes! Printing dark colors (Black, Red, Green) on brown Kraft board gives a professional, rustic look and is very cost-effective compared to full color prints.
The boxes use a virgin kraft inner liner which is grease resistant. However, many pizzerias choose to buy separate greaseproof paper sheets for extra protection.
For bespoke printing, minimums typically start at one pallet (approx 3,000 - 5,000 units depending on size) for flexo. For digital print runs, we can do as low as 1,000 units per size.
We ship stock orders within 48 hours nationwide. Custom print projects can be turned around in as little as 7 business days.
Yes, our corrugated cardboard boxes are fully compostable and recyclable. However, if heavily soiled with grease/cheese, they should be composted.
We usually reply within a couple of hours.
