Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in the products you purchase from PrestoPak. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returns must be authorized in advance

You must contact us at hello@prestopak.ie to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any items. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, resaleable packaging
  • The full case/pack must be returned (we cannot accept part-used cartons or broken quantities)
  • You must have proof of purchase
  • Standard stock items only (custom or special orders may have different terms)

Return Costs:

  • •Unless we delivered the wrong item or a faulty item, return shipping costs are at your expense
  • •A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Custom or printed goods
Special orders or items ordered specifically for you
Opened food-contact items or hygiene-sensitive products
Part-used cartons or broken quantities
Items without original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will arrange collection at our cost. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion once inspected.

Quality Guarantee: We warrant that goods will conform to their description at the time of delivery, be of satisfactory quality, and be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, return the original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
